Comprehensive deflasking notes are available if an email address is supplied.
Flask/plant orders are sent by Express Post. Plants are sent deflasked and transferred into a light weight, robust plastic container protected with moist sphagnum moss and / or styrene foam beads.
We try to provide as accurate information and photos as possible to help you make educated purchasing decisions. Please be aware that not all plants and flasks are created equal and some variation will occur. We try to use photos that are representative of what you will receive, rather than showing you the best plants. Similarly there may be some variation in the numbers of plants. Usually you end up with more than what we have indicated. Very occasionally there may be less. It is simply not possible to count all plants in all flasks.
Plants will usually be posted on the Monday following payment to avoid delays. Postage may also be delayed to avoid severe heat which can kill plants in transit. Seedlings are in excellent condition prior to packaging and packaged with care, however we have no control over Australia Post and cannot accept responsibility for damage caused during delivery.
