Description
A flask of around 10 healthy Dendrobium cucumerinum (syn. Dockrillia cucumerina), an Australian native species from NSW and Queensland that grows as an epiphyte or lithophyte. A fascinating species to grow and flower. The unusual leaves make the plants a feature to look at year round, and the sprays of green/yellow flowers with red stripes are quite attractive. Best grown on mounts, but can be grown in pots too, though you will need to be careful to allow the plants to dry between waterings.
